For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we are having to ask for you to come with a maximum of one guest to your appointment. We realise that at this special time you would normally be accompanied by more than one person, therefore we have put in place a Facebook Portal, whereby you will be able to interact with two other people during your appointment. Either by Whatsapp video call or on Facebook Messenger.
All appointments are limited to the bride and one guest, and there is a £10 appointment charge. Please note to wear a face covering on entry and in the store. We will kindly ask that if you or your guest feels unwell to reschedule your appointment. Our team members will also be wearing protective items. We will also have an enhanced cleaning regime in store with mandatory hand sanitiser on arrival.
Upon arrival, we will ask you to go into a dedicated changing room , where you will be asked to put on a clean sanitised robe and slippers before proceeding to the main viewing area.
You will be asked to pre-select five dresses that you wish to try on from our website and email your choices to us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can ensure that they will be here for you to try on. Please be advised that at this time we are unable to allow you to browse through the gowns in the store.
Please note that we will only have our main collection available try on in store. Sale dresses of £395 and below are only available online.
Please note that toilet facilities are not available.
