We charge a small fee to secure your appointment. This guarantees you dedicated time with your consultant and ensures we can give you our full attention. The good news? This is fully redeemable against any non-sale dress purchased on the day.

What to wear

If you'd like to try dresses with a bra, we recommend wearing a strapless or nude style with seamless underwear. Don't worry about shoes - we have heels in the boutique for you to try. Please avoid fake tan as it can transfer onto the gowns.

What to bring

Just your phone for photos and any inspiration images you've saved. If you have your wedding date, let your consultant know - it helps us advise on timelines. That's it; we take care of everything else.

Who to bring

On Saturdays, we ask that you bring a maximum of two guests. Sunday to Friday, you're welcome to bring three or four. We kindly request no children under 12 as the boutique has pins, mirrors and stairs that can pose safety risks.

What happens during your appointment

Your consultant will welcome you and your guests with a glass of Prosecco (or a soft alternative). After a chat about your wedding plans and what you're looking for, you'll browse our collection together and try on a selection of gowns. Feel free to take photos and videos throughout - there's no pressure to make a decision on the day.

When to start your search

We recommend booking your first appointment 9-12 months before your wedding. Most dresses take 4-6 months to arrive, and you'll want time for alterations. Getting married sooner? Ask about our sample sale and off-the-rack options for shorter timelines.

We operate a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel within this timeframe, we're happy to offer a full refund. For complimentary Wednesday appointments, we ask for 48 hours notice.
Absolutely. Photos and videos are encouraged - this is your moment to capture and share with anyone who couldn't be there.
Our designers offer UK sizes 2-30, with many styles available in plus sizes. Sample dresses in the boutique typically range from size 6-22. Bridal sizing runs 1-2 sizes smaller than high street, but don't worry about the label - we'll help you find the right fit.
Not at all. Many brides visit us more than once before choosing their dress. If you'd like to return and try your favourites again, book a shorter Retry appointment.
Yes, we have an in-house alterations service available on Thursdays. Most brides need two fittings. We can also recommend trusted independent seamstresses in London if you prefer.
