For Saturday appointments, we ask that you bring a maximum of two guests. Sunday to Friday, you're welcome to bring up to three or four guests. We kindly request no children under 12 as the boutique has pins, mirrors and stairs that can pose safety risks.

If you would like to try the dresses with a bra, We recommend wearing a strapless or nude bra and seamless underwear. You don't need to bring shoes as we have heels available in the boutique for you to try. Please don't wear fake tan as it can transfer onto the gow

Our made-to-order dresses range from £895 to £2,000. We also have sample and sale dresses available from £395, perfect for brides on a budget or with a shorter timeline.

We require a 50% deposit when you order your dress, with the balance due when your dress arrives. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We can also offer payment plans, please feel free to ask us about this.

Yes! We always have sample dresses and sale gowns available for immediate purchase, starting from £395. These are perfect for brides with shorter timelines, registry office ceremonies or destination weddings.

Our designers offer sizes from UK 2 to UK 30. Many of our dresses are available in plus sizes. Our sample dresses in store typically range from size 6-22.

Bridal sizing traditionally runs 1-2 sizes smaller than UK high street sizes. This is because designers use European sizing standards. Don't worry about the number on the label - we'll help you find a dress that fits beautifully.

Yes, we have an in-house alterations service available on Thursdays. Most brides need two fittings: one to pin the amendments and a second to check everything is perfect. If you prefer, we can also recommend a number of other excellent independent seamstresses based in London.

Please bring the shoes you'll wear on your wedding day (or ones of the same heel height) and the underwear you plan to wear. This ensures we can adjust the hem and fit accurately.

Many of our designers offer dresses in alternative colours such as ivory, champagne, and blush. Some customisations are also possible, such as adding sleeves or changing necklines. Ask your consultant about options for your chosen dress.
