- BridalLive, our CRM and appointment system
- Unlimited Web Hosting, our UK-based website host
- Google (Google Workspace for email, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager)
- Meta (Meta Pixel for advertising measurement)
- Gravity Forms, the form software on our website (submissions are emailed to us)
- Bridal gown and accessory designers, where we need to place an order on your behalf
We may also disclose your information if we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a regulator.
International transfers
Some of our processors (including BridalLive, Google, and Meta) are based outside the UK, primarily in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision made by the UK Government.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiries and appointments that do not lead to a purchase: up to 2 years
- Orders and customer records: 6 years after your final appointment or collection
- Payment and accounting records: 7 years, as required for tax and financial auditing
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise your information.

We take the security of your information seriously. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, staff are trained on data handling, and we use reputable processors with their own security measures in place.
